Singtel and Oh!K hosted a visit by Korean superstar Song Seung Heon, who met with fans and Singtel TV subscribers today as part of a promotional tour for upcoming drama, Saimdang.
200 Hallyu fans got up-close with the charismatic actor, who is here to promote highly-anticipated drama Saimdang (师任堂), at a meet-and-greet event just for Singtel TV subscribers today.
The fans had the opportunity to take photos and interact with him, ahead of a public meet-and-greet event at The Cathay.
Love Is In The Air – literally!
So this happened during our flight from Singapore to Taiwan.
This dude professed his love over the plane’s PA system, walked down the aisle (literally but alone) with a bouquet and a cake, and proposed.
How romantic! The rest, as they say, is history.

The annual Anime Festival Asia (AFASG2016) kicked off its three-day experiential showcase today in Singapore.
Attendees and aspiring cosplay enthusiasts can also look forward to meeting celebrity cosplayers from the region this year.
Some new highlights include the inaugural ANiBEATS, a 1-night only after party on 27 November, featuring DJs who blend EDM (electronic dance music) with anisongs (anime songs).
You can find immersive experiences at various experience zones, including a Sword Art Online centric exhibition booth that showcases artwork and animation cuts of all seasons of this beloved series.
Original merchandise direct from Japan, including merchandise exclusive to the festival, will be available for shoppers.
Fom today, the final of the four large annual IT exhibitions in Singapore will take place for four days (24 – 27 Nov) at the Singapore EXPO, in Halls 5 & 6. SITEX 2016 will open daily from 11 am to 9 pm (Admission FREE).

Ok I attended a launch event at this pub called Hungry Heroes Cafe, in the Balestier area in Singapore.
It was for an Avengers-themed notebooks that ship with pictures of superheroes all over them.
So it was quite apt to have a full-sized Iron Man walking around amongst attendees for wefies.

This is the third year for the Christmas Wonderland in Singapore, and the first time entrance is being charged (see sidebar).
The Christmas extravaganza is almost twice the size of last year’s – with an additional 57,000 square metres of event ground – offering new experiences such as the Magical Forest a Hi-5 Fantastic House, and more carnival attractions.
Visitors to the fair can embark on a festive journey and marvel at the Italian luminarie – Sculptures of Light illuminating the fairground, which has been expanded to 57,000sqm, almost twice the size of last year’s fair.
New experiences await visitors of all ages, from wintry fun at the Ice Palace, to the local debut of the Hi-5 Funtastic House and a magical forest of Christmas trees.
Visitors can also look forward to a bigger festive shopping and dining experience, more carnival games and curated festive performances.
Parking at Gardens by the Bay is limited so visitors are encouraged to take public transport to the event.
